To be eligible to apply at the New York passport agency, you must fulfill the following criteria:

 1. If you haven't applied yet, you must have plans to travel internationally within 14 calendar days.
2. If you have already applied, you must be traveling internationally within 5 calendar days.
3. You must be able to provide printed proof of your international travel (refer to the examples in the 'Collect all your application materials' section below on this page).
4. Along with the regular application fees, you need to pay an expedited fee of $60.

Please note that your appointment should be scheduled within 14 calendar days of your international travel if you haven't applied yet, or within 5 - calendar days if you have already applied. If you require a foreign visa, your appointment date should be within 28 calendar days of your international travel.

We are not associated with any third-party appointment booking services, and we may not be able to honor appointments made through them. Please refrain from attempting to book duplicate appointments.
